A photo booth with your logo on every strip.

An enclosed photo booth with your logo or monogram printed on every 2x6 strip. Guests take a real print home, and an attendant runs the booth all evening so your staff can enjoy the party.

Holiday parties

Office holiday parties have a pattern. People arrive in the groups they came with, stand near the same people they see every day, and leave early.

A booth gives them a reason to mix. Somebody from accounting pulls somebody from the warehouse inside, the curtain closes, and they come out with a strip each. It sounds small. It is the kind of thing people bring up in January.

The enclosed cabinet matters here. Coworkers are more willing to be a little ridiculous behind a curtain than in front of an open camera where the whole room is watching. The pictures are better for it.

Every guest leaves with a keepsake, and it has your company's name on it. That strip ends up pinned to a cubicle wall or stuck to a monitor for the rest of the year.

The attendant stays with the booth the whole time. Sean keeps the printer running, helps guests with the touchscreen, and handles the line. Nobody on your planning committee has to babysit equipment, and nobody has to troubleshoot a tablet in the middle of the party.

If the party is on a Friday or Saturday evening, the three-hour minimum applies. Four hours is standard with the corporate package, which covers most parties from the first drink to the last goodbye.

Launches, open houses, and grand openings

At a launch or an open house, you want people to stay longer and remember where they were. A booth helps with both.

Guests who are waiting in line are standing in your space, looking at your product or your new showroom. Guests who leave with a strip carry your logo out the door. A printed strip in a coat pocket lasts longer than a flyer.

The booth fits two comfortably and four if they are close, which suits small groups coming through in waves. Prints come out in seconds, so the line keeps moving even when the room gets busy.

We arrive an hour before your start time and set up in about 45 minutes. If the event opens to the public at a set hour, the booth will be ready before the doors do.

The booth is a closed cabinet with its own studio lighting, so it looks the same in a bright retail space as it does in a dim warehouse. The pictures come out lit properly either way. It needs a level floor, one standard outlet within 25 feet, and a standard 32 inch door to come through. For a grand opening in a new space, that is usually easy. We check the route in with you before the day.

Branding the strip and the booth

The Parties & Corporate package puts your logo or monogram on every strip. Send us your logo file and any brand colors, and we build the strip layout around them. You see a proof before the event.

If you want the booth itself to carry your brand, a custom booth wrap is $250. It turns the outside of the cabinet into signage for the evening.

A few other options:

  • 4x6 prints instead of 2x6, $50. A larger format with more room for the logo.
  • Extra hour, $125. For events that run long.

The digital gallery arrives within 48 hours. Your marketing team can use it after the event, and guests who lost their strip on the way home can find their picture again.

Invoicing and paperwork

Corporate bookings come with paperwork, and we are set up for it.

  • Invoice and W-9 on request. Tell us who should receive them, and we send both.
  • Certificate of insurance. We carry general liability insurance and send a certificate of insurance to your venue on request. If the venue needs to be named on it, send us their details.
  • Net terms on request. For corporate clients, we can discuss net terms instead of the standard schedule.

The standard schedule is simple. A $200 deposit holds the date, and the balance is due 14 days before the event.

The business is veteran-owned. If your company tracks vendor information for procurement, we will fill out whatever form you need.

One point of contact helps. Tell us who owns the event, who approves the invoice, and who at the venue handles vendors. We will keep each of them in the loop on the parts they care about, and nobody has to forward emails around the office.
