Rehearsal dinners
The rehearsal dinner is the night the two families actually meet. Some of them have never been in the same room. A booth gives them something to do together besides talk about the weather.
The groom's uncle and the bride's grandmother end up on the bench together. The wedding party works out who fits where. It is a warm-up for the next day, with less pressure.
The strips can carry your names and the date, or a monogram. Everyone goes home with one. The next day, they already know each other a little better.
We take the booth out when dinner ends, so there is nothing to worry about the next morning.
Rehearsal dinners are often smaller than the wedding, and the room is often a restaurant. That is fine. The booth fits two comfortably and four if they are close, and the attendant keeps things moving so it never becomes a crowd. If the wedding itself also has a booth, the rehearsal strip can use the same design, so the two nights match.
Bridal and baby showers
Showers are usually daytime, usually smaller, and usually in someone's favorite restaurant, a community room, or a family home with the right layout.
A booth fits the pace of a shower. Between gifts and games, guests slip away in pairs and come back with a strip. The mother-to-be gets a picture with every friend who came. The bride gets one with each of her aunts.
Every person in the booth gets their own print, so a group of four walks out with four strips. That makes the strip a favor on its own. You can skip the little bags.
We can put a monogram, the date, or a short line on every strip. Tell us the theme and the colors, and we will match them.
The host has enough to do at a shower. The attendant handles the booth from setup to teardown, keeps the line short, and makes sure every guest gets a turn before the cake comes out. You get a digital gallery within 48 hours, which is handy for the thank you notes.
Milestone birthdays and anniversaries
A fortieth, a sixtieth, a ninetieth. A twenty-fifth or fiftieth anniversary. These parties bring together people who have not been photographed together in a long time, sometimes ever.
The booth is easy for every age. There is a bench to sit on, the touchscreen is simple, and the attendant is right there to help. Grandchildren figure it out in a second. Grandparents take a moment longer, and then they want to go again.
Guests who use a wheelchair can use the booth with the curtain open.
If you want a book of the night, add a guestbook for $75. Guests put a copy of their strip in the book and write a note beside it. For a milestone birthday, that book is the gift.
For an anniversary, try this: ask the couple to go in first, before anyone else. Their strip sets the tone for the night, and it is the one they will frame. Then everyone else lines up behind them.
Does it fit in a restaurant?
Usually, yes. The footprint is about [63" x 31"] and [74"] tall. Measure the corner you have in mind.
What we need from the room:
- A level floor, indoors or fully covered.
- A standard 32 inch door on the way in.
- One standard outlet within 25 feet.
- No stairs, unless there is a ramp or an elevator.
Private dining rooms on a second floor are the most common problem. If the only way up is stairs, the booth cannot go. Ask the restaurant about an elevator before you book.
The booth fits two comfortably and four if they are close, which suits a smaller party well. We arrive an hour before the start time, and setup takes about 45 minutes. We can work around the restaurant's own setup schedule.
If the venue asks, we carry general liability insurance and send a certificate of insurance on request.
What it costs
Parties & Corporate, $849 for four hours. Your logo or monogram on every strip, unlimited 2x6 strips, a print for every person in the booth, an attendant for the whole event, and a digital gallery within 48 hours. This is the package for rehearsal dinners, showers, and milestone birthdays.
If three hours is enough, The Reception is $699 and includes unlimited strips, a print for every person, a strip design with names and date, an attendant, and the digital gallery.
Friday and Saturday evenings have a three-hour minimum. A $200 deposit holds the date, and the balance is due 14 days before. Delivery and setup are included in Monroe County. Outside the county, travel is billed per mile from Greece.
Add-ons: an extra hour is $125, a guestbook is $75, and 4x6 prints instead of 2x6 are $50.

Can you do a daytime shower on a Sunday?
